About Me

I am an integrative psychotherapist with a grounded, relational approach to therapy. My work is informed by a five-year professional training at CCPE in London, alongside extensive personal and professional exploration of self-awareness and psychological wellbeing. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and practise in accordance with their ethical framework.

My training was integrative and transpersonal, meaning I tailor the therapeutic work to each individual rather than applying a single model. Depending on your needs, our work may draw on psychodynamic therapy (exploring early life experiences and patterns), humanistic approaches (where the therapeutic relationship itself is central to change), existential perspectives (questions of meaning, identity and purpose), and gestalt-informed work that focus on present-moment awareness. I aim to meet what arises in the work with openness rather than judgement.

Alongside my psychotherapy training, I have a background in holistic and embodied approaches. This informs a sensitivity to the body, felt experience and subtle emotional processes, and supports a way of working that is both grounded and attuned. I am comfortable working somatically, inviting you to explore emotions as they are experienced in the body, as well as creatively and intuitively where this feels appropriate. This may include the use of visualisation, imagery or dream exploration as part of the therapeutic process.

While talking and reflection can be powerful ways of understanding thoughts, beliefs and patterns, my experience is that deeper and more lasting change often comes through direct experience in the room. By gently developing awareness of what is happening here and now - between us and within you - new ways of relating to yourself and others can emerge naturally over time.

You can expect a collaborative, respectful and confidential space in which to explore whatever feels most relevant for you, at a pace that feels safe.
