About Me

I have come to the path of helping others heal through my own journey of exploration and discovery, having been seeking answers for depression and anxiety most of my life.

Over my many years’ seeking, I tried virtually every technique I could find to achieve true healing and lasting contentment. Most of them didn’t work. I was using my mind to try and fix my mind. I thought I could force healing, or find ‘the answer’ in someone else’s story or technique for wellness.

What I eventually came to realise was that genuine happiness is not following someone else’s blueprint for success, but in discovering our own. In a society that teaches us how to think and, worse, who we are, it can be hard to reclaim our authentic identity amongst the mental noise and chatter all around us. This is where therapy can help.

Of all the therapies I tried, transpersonal integrative was what worked best for me. This is the idea that we are not our thinking minds and, in recognising this, we have the ability to go beyond, connecting with who we genuinely are, and bringing this into reality in a way that feels true and authentic for us. In re-discovering myself, I took the decision to leave my ‘successful’ career in the corporate sector and move to a profession where I feel grateful for the work I do every day.

It is a joy to offer this opportunity to others. I have seen clients achieve breakthroughs in our work together that have been nothing short of miraculous. It is possible to overcome even the most difficult of life circumstances, and the belief that things won’t change. They can. And perhaps they might very soon. I would be glad to hear from you.
